摘要:开关磁阻电机虽具有容错性,但其能力有限,大部分绕组发生短路故障必对电机运行造成严重影响。基于电磁分析软件Maxwell和电路分析软件Simplorer,深入研究绕组短路故障原理,分别从磁路和场路角度对电机一极绕组完全短路和匝间短路两种情况进行仿真研究。仿真与实验结果表明,绕组短路故障破坏了电机磁极间对称性。在电流控制下,故障相电流与正常相电流几乎无差异,但在电压控制下,故障相电流较正常相电流高。

Abstract: Switched reluctance motor is known to be fault tolerant, but it is not fault free. Most of the winding have shortcircuit fault, that surely effect motor running seriously. Based on finite element analysis software Maxwell and circuit analysis software Simplorer, this paper took an indepth look at the principle of shortcircuit fault, and two cases were simulated, one where a few turns were shorted, and one where a complete pole was shorted, respectively from the view of magnetic circuit and field circuit. Results of simulation and experiment show that winding shortcircuit fault breaks the symmetry between the motor poles. Under current control, there is almost no difference of current between fault phase and normal phase. But under voltage control, the fault phase current is higher than the normal phase.
